Over the past 35 years I have built and grown a number of companies including a multi-million pound leisure group operating in 30+ countries around the world. For the past 10 years I have advised various founders on their business journeys - particularly when their business growth has stalled or declined.

I am acutely aware of how difficult the business journey is, both personally and professionally. Long hours, money worries, people issues and huge amounts of stress are just some of the issues the average founder has to endure.

This is why I have created this community - to help you to navigate the pressures of your own business journey. My aim is to help founders cut through the noise surrounding business today. The reality is and always will be that business is hard - but it doesn’t have to be that way.
